About the position

The Graphic Designer position at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for enhancing the company's visual identity through creative design. The designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce impactful materials that effectively communicate the brand message across various platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate complex ideas into clear visuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all company materials, including presentations, brochures, project proposals, and digital assets.
• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, such as advertisements, banners, flyers, and social media graphics that support the company's business development goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design custom graphics and layouts for client presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Create visually engaging materials for internal communications, including newsletters, emails, and company announcements.
• Support the creation of website content and other digital initiatives with high-quality design work.
• Design and produce event-related materials such as signage, booth displays, and promotional items for industry conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of design experience within an in-house team or agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of digital design tools, particularly Wordpress and Ceros, is beneficial - willingness to learn is required.
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including examples of corporate branding and marketing materials.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
