As a key member of the Americas Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE), the Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in the development of marketing materials that effectively showcase and market available properties for lease. This position requires a creative individual who can execute the strategic vision of property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners, Marketing partners, and COE team leadership. The Graphic Designer is responsible for providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work under tight deadlines, ensuring that all materials meet the standards of excellence expected by the organization. The role involves designing and formatting a variety of marketing materials, including property brochures, email blasts, presentation boards, postcards, large format signage, event collateral, maps, floor plans, and other graphics. The Graphic Designer must be comfortable developing bespoke brand styles and visual designs while also working on templated deliverables. This position requires overseeing all creative aspects of production and quality control, which includes communicating progress to Marketing Specialists and liaising with Marketing leadership as needed. A high level of production skill and a deep understanding of the creative process are essential for success in this role. The Graphic Designer must demonstrate strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, as they will need to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. A self-motivated approach is necessary, along with the ability to take initiative while also working well in a group environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are vital for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
