We seek a designer who can help us visually capture this energy and push creative limits. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and the creative team to produce quality visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity and visual style. You will collaborate on design projects from conception to delivery, developing concepts using Adobe Creative Cloud Applications. Your responsibilities will include designing original illustrations, flyers, and infographics specific to our cannabis products and marketing needs, as well as creating marketing flyers, banners, and social media posts. You will refine images, fonts, and layouts using Adobe Creative software, apply typography techniques, and generate ideas to advertise and promote products. Additionally, you will determine project requirements, conceptualize visuals based on those requirements, prepare project rough drafts, and present ideas for feedback. Testing graphics across various media platforms and managing the design and upload process of all project materials will also be part of your duties. You will create, edit, and convert social media posts, educational materials, social ads, and other digital content for all social platforms, ensuring effective communication with the Graphic Designer and creative team throughout the design process. Researching trends in the cannabis industry to help create new designs that stand out from competitors will be essential. You will also proofread text and perform other minor edits on designs before they go live, organize files, keep track of revisions, and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Your ability to perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while keeping deadlines in mind will be crucial to your success in this role.
