About the position

We are searching for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic graphic designer who is looking for an exciting challenge and the opportunity to work with an outstanding team. This designer will work in both digital and print media, showcasing innovative thinking and a wealth of creative ideas. The successful candidate will possess a diverse portfolio of creative work that includes thoughtful designs ranging from social media graphics to email marketing campaigns and printed collateral. Portfolio work should highlight unique concepts that utilize outstanding typography and demonstrate the ability to carry a concept from inception to completion. Experience in other creative disciplines such as photography or motion graphics is a plus. In this role, the designer will assist in the development and brainstorming of unique and innovative concepts based on business objectives. They will create high-quality print and digital ads, emails, signage, and front-end web graphics. The designer will also assist in in-house photoshoots and the selection of stock photography for engaging creative campaigns. They will execute non-template projects from start to finish and work closely with other designers, copywriters, marketing personnel, and developers to ensure optimal outcomes for final materials. Collaboration on the implementation of website and email marketing A/B tests to increase sales performance and improve customer experience will also be a key responsibility. The designer will proactively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables, and assets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development/brainstorming of unique and innovative concepts based on business objectives
  • Create high-quality print/digital ads & emails, signages & front-end web graphics
  • Assist in in-house photoshoots and selection of stock photography for engaging creative campaigns
  • Execute non-template projects from start to finish
  • Work closely with the designers on the team, copywriters, marketing, and developers to ensure optimal outcome for final materials
  • Collaborate on implementation of website/email marketing A/B tests to increase sales performance and improve customer experience
  • Proactively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables, and assets

Requirements

  • Degree in art, communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years design experience with a portfolio that shows digital & print projects
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and execution of good design
  • Excellent typography skills, a great eye for color, layout and details
  • A thorough understanding of working within a brand to build and enhance while maintaining brand integrity and consistency
  • Expert skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Advanced digital production skills: Thorough knowledge of all facets of digital art, print graphic, and other areas of digital advertising
  • Illustration and animation skills are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines with high-quality work
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with little supervision
  • Understanding of sizing, resolution and compressing of art files for both web and print
