About the position

Motiva Enterprises is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their Public Affairs team. This role focuses on creating engaging digital and print content that reinforces the company's brand identity and enhances employee and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate background in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates a high aptitude for visual communications across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and visually appealing graphics and illustrations for digital and print media, including website assets, digital signage, brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
• Design engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive elements.
• Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Capture photos and edit videos for projects and communications campaigns.
• Engage with team members to understand project scopes and provide fit-for-purpose design solutions.
• Adhere to internal creative design request and asset management processes, effectively managing stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role in a corporate setting, showcasing a diverse portfolio of work across different design disciplines and mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Animate, etc.).
• Experience incorporating graphic elements into Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple designs simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
