About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand message. This role requires proficiency in various design software and an ability to work collaboratively with other team members to produce high-quality designs across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media content, and website assets.
• Create layouts that enhance user experience while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute design projects from inception to completion.
• Utilize color management techniques to ensure accurate representation of brand colors in all designs.
• Produce logos, digital art, and production designs that align with client specifications and project goals.
• Incorporate photography into designs when necessary, ensuring high-quality visuals that resonate with the target audience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to continuously improve design skills and output.

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience in layout design for both print and digital formats.
• Strong understanding of color theory and management principles.
• Previous experience in logo design, production design, or digital art is highly desirable.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects is required for consideration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
