At PEAK Event Services and Bright Event Rentals, we believe that exceptional design is key to creating unforgettable events and experiences. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with an eye for lifestyle and editorial aesthetics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining the visual identities of Bright Event Rentals' diverse portfolio of brands, including Bright Event Rentals, PEAK Event Services, Reverie Social, and more. If you are passionate about blending creativity with functionality and adept at managing multiple brand identities, we would love to hear from you. As a Graphic Designer, you will craft compelling visual content across various platforms, playing a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence. Your creativity will ensure that each brand's unique identity, voice, and tone are consistently reflected across all visual media.

Responsibilities

  • Design, schedule, and maintain weekly email communications through our marketing platform.
  • Create engaging digital assets such as posts, reels, and video content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
  • Develop and adapt visuals to accurately reflect multiple brand identities and tones.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Web and Asset teams to update website gallery images, event images, social graphics, website banners, and other web-related needs.
  • Partner with the Marketing Website Specialist to ensure accurate images and product details are maintained on our website.
  • Design digital and print collateral materials including ads, brochures, booklets, banners, invitations, cards, client presentations, and sponsorship requests.
  • Organize and facilitate catalogs and product photoshoots for Bright and sister brands, maintaining high standards of excellence and detail.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all brands by addressing branding needs for customers and team members.
  • Design collateral for clients and team members while working with suppliers to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize photo editing and DAM programs to represent and maintain portfolio of brands assets accurately, developing marketing materials to promote sales.
  • Partner with internal departments such as Training & Development, HR, Technology, and Accounting to create engaging presentations, training documents, forms, posters, and other materials as requested.
  • Design, schedule, and manage internal company campaigns, including contract designs, email signatures, and weekly presentations.
  • Collaborate with the entire team to support marketing needs across the department and company. Provide additional support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure our visual content remains innovative and effective.
  • Create custom designs for product development, such as linen, dishware and other innovative products.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing lifestyle and editorial design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Video editing experience is a plus.
  • Experienced in email marketing platforms (i.e. Pardot, Constant Contact, MailChimp).
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
