About the position

The Graphic Designer at ACR Electronics, Inc. is responsible for creating dynamic visual solutions across various multimedia formats. This role involves developing visually striking materials for products and advertisements, primarily focusing on commercial, retail, and tradeshow graphics. The designer will collaborate with the creative team and various partners to support key campaigns and objectives, requiring a strong understanding of design principles and tools, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating dynamic visual material across a wide range of formats, including digital, interactive/multimedia, motion graphics, and print.
• Following branding guidelines and direction from the management team and partners.
• Implementing various campaign material via email, web, social media, and/or tradeshow.
• Working with the creative team to develop animation for digital and video assets.
• Collaborating closely with management, product development team, and marketing.
• Flexibility to switch between different audiences and markets.
• Meeting deadlines and targeted objective timeframes.
• Learning new techniques and technologies.
• Executing tradeshow projects and display material with the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Assisting in tradeshow set-up and take-down, including moving small tradeshow material and displays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least three years of experience in the design field with an exemplary portfolio of work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Adobe Creative Suite experience, primarily focusing on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere.
• Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems.
