About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating visually compelling graphics across various media. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative designs that enhance our brand identity and engage our audience.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, print advertising, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
• Illustrate concepts through sketches and digital art while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Develop layouts and design elements using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Apply knowledge of color theory and typography to ensure effective communication through design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide art direction when necessary, guiding junior designers or interns in their projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles including color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Experience in digital art creation and illustration techniques.
• Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required for consideration.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with print advertising processes is preferred but not mandatory.
