About the position

The Lead Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling and brand-compliant marketing materials for the ForeverLawn family of brands and its dealer network. This role requires a highly organized, creative, and experienced graphic designer who possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player who takes pride in delivering quality work while managing multiple marketing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Lead Graphic Designer will have the autonomy to make decisions while also seeking guidance and direction as needed. In this position, the designer will develop creative marketing materials that align with the brand's identity and objectives. Regular communication with dealers, partners, and internal teams will be essential to provide guidance and creative services that help achieve marketing goals. The designer will also be responsible for researching product and service offerings to provide design concepts and execution for various marketing materials. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with outside printers, agencies, and service providers, as well as assisting with the onboarding process for new dealers by creating marketing materials that facilitate their business launch. The Lead Graphic Designer will be expected to develop an expert-level knowledge of branding elements and provide branding information and guidelines to both internal and external customers. Managing projects and tasks while adhering to deadlines will be a critical aspect of this role, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative, compelling, brand-compliant marketing materials.
  • Communicate with dealers, partners, and internal team on a regular basis to provide guidance and creative services that will help them achieve their marketing goals.
  • Provide courteous, timely replies and services.
  • Research product and service offerings, and provide design concepts and execution for marketing materials.
  • Coordinate the services of outside printers, agencies, and other service providers.
  • Assist with new dealer onboarding process by creating marketing materials to assist in launching their new businesses.
  • Develop expert level knowledge of branding elements and provide branding information and guidelines to internal and external customers.
  • Manage projects and tasks while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Art Direction, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Creative Design experience preferred.
  • High integrity and character.
  • Ability to perform well in a team environment.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative skills as evidenced by prior portfolio of graphic design projects.
  • Proficient in Mac desktop platforms, including font management and program setup.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Experience in Microsoft and Google file sharing programs.
  • Experience with product management application programs.
