We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Services team located in South Plainfield, NJ. This position is a contract role lasting between 6 to 12 months and offers a hybrid work environment. The Creative Services team is responsible for providing design materials for various departments across the company, including Human Resources, Sales, and Leadership. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in supporting design projects from the initial concept phase through to final production, ensuring that all materials adhere to our brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing both print collateral and digital materials. The role involves creating a wide range of deliverables such as marketing collateral, presentations, banners, emails, logos, signage, infographics, and social media content. The Graphic Designer will be expected to design materials like sell sheets, brochures, tradeshow signage, posters, and graphics for emails and landing pages. Additionally, the designer will assist with weekly projects, create mock-ups for presentations, and source images for social media campaigns and the public website. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can execute highly accurate work under tight deadlines. The candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and have experience with Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, and WordPress is considered a plus. The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for maintaining and archiving files, performing regular job file backups, and ensuring that all designs meet brand guidelines and standards.
