About the position

Focus Camera is seeking a passionate graphic design intern to join our marketing department. This in-office position is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, ecommerce, and creative marketing. The intern will support the marketing and creative team by designing various digital and print assets while maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

Responsibilities

• Support our marketing and creative team.
• Design website and email banners, social media posts, store signs, and other digital and print assets for various campaigns, promotions, events, etc.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all assets.
• Assist with collecting and cataloging Proof of Performance (screenshots of marketing activities).

Requirements

• Working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Solid graphic design skills, including a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and visual composition, with ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of image formats and optimization.
• Basic photo retouching skills.
• Self-motivated and passionate about design.
• Tech savvy, creative, with attention to detail, quick learner.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of photography/videography is a big plus.
• Knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.
