Worth metro area: KTCK 1310 The Ticket, KPLX 99.5 The Wolf, New Country 96.3, WBAP 820 and 93-3 FM News/Talk, KLIF-AM 570 News and Information. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our radio stations to create on-brand visuals that drive audience engagement across platforms. You will develop compelling B2C and B2B campaign creatives that resonate with our advertisers' audience. Your role will involve designing graphics for web, social media, print, and promotional materials used by our stations to promote events, contests, and programming. Ensuring brand consistency in every project while following design standards will be crucial. You will manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include participating in creative brainstorms to develop new design concepts and strategies, creating original design concepts that align with marketing objectives and target audiences, and developing storyboards for visual content, such as animated videos or social media campaigns. Creativity and innovation will be key, as well as the ability to solve design challenges effectively and efficiently. You will also need to demonstrate meticulousness in ensuring accuracy and consistency in designs, manage your time effectively, and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Adaptability to learn new software, techniques, and industry trends will be essential. In the realm of digital design and user experience (UX), you will collaborate with the team to ensure that designs are intuitive and provide a positive user experience. This includes creating visually appealing and engaging email templates for marketing campaigns. Mastery of industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch is required, along with an understanding of various file formats and color theory, as well as typography.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.

  • Experience in designing for digital, print, social media platforms, and B2C marketing campaigns.
