About the position

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Calabasas, California. This role focuses on creating compelling visual content for our brand using various Adobe Creative Cloud applications. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing digital assets for social media, designing product sample mock-ups, and enhancing brand awareness through effective graphic design. This position is a short-term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design product sample mock-ups using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Create visual content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the team to create consistent and compelling visual assets.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign to create advertisements, brochures, and banner ads.
• Utilize Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs to manage and organize design projects.
• Apply knowledge of CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry standards to all designs.
• Use photography skills to enhance product imagery and overall visual content.
• Ensure all design work aligns with the aesthetic and brand guidelines of the company.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure brand competitiveness.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and efficient customer credit records.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in creating artwork and advertisements.
• Proven ability to design effective banner ads, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Demonstrated experience in enhancing brand awareness through graphic design.
• Knowledge of CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry standards.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work.
