About the position

Cumulus Media Dallas is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating visually stunning and engaging designs that resonate with our audience. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our radio stations to develop on-brand visuals that drive audience engagement across various platforms. Your creativity will be instrumental in crafting compelling B2C and B2B campaign creatives that effectively communicate with our advertisers' audiences. You will design graphics for web, social media, print, and promotional materials that our stations use to promote events, contests, and programming. In this role, you will ensure brand consistency in every project by adhering to established design standards. You will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong attention to detail and effective time management skills. Your responsibilities will also include participating in creative brainstorming sessions to develop new design concepts and strategies, creating original design concepts that align with marketing objectives, and developing storyboards for visual content such as animated videos or social media campaigns. Your ability to generate original and innovative design concepts will be key, as will your problem-solving skills to tackle design challenges effectively. You will also collaborate with the team to ensure that designs provide a positive user experience, particularly in digital design and UX. This includes creating visually appealing email templates for marketing campaigns and mastering industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch. Overall, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a lasting impact in the media landscape of Dallas/Ft. Worth.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing design trends.
  • Experience in designing for digital, print, social media platforms, and B2C marketing campaigns.

Nice-to-haves
