About the position

PROJECT GROUP USA is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their expanding design team in Miami Beach. This role focuses on designing innovative graphic solutions for the hospitality, retail, and luxury residential sectors, collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure alignment with client visions and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create original and modify existing graphic designs for FF&E elements, including signage, wall graphics, and branding materials.
  • Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
  • Open and review 3D visualization files (Optional).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate graphics into overall design schemes.
  • Conduct research on materials and manufacturing processes to ensure feasibility and sustainability of designs.
  • Prepare files for production, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, colors, and materials.
  • Coordinate directly with manufacturing teams, both locally and overseas, to ensure design feasibility and production accuracy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of color theory.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Precision in design execution.
  • Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Openness to change and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
