We are seeking a positive, high-energy, and creatively innovative person to join our team at J.R. Automation Technologies, LLC. This individual will be responsible for championing the JR Automation brand and creative storytelling, both internally and externally, across all platforms and materials worldwide. The role requires ensuring brand consistency, engaging content, and an enhanced customer experience. The ideal candidate is a creative collaborator with the ability and confidence to direct and execute overall creative design efforts, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a relentless self-driven approach to their work. The successful candidate will have the ability to translate marketing and branding concepts, technical discussions, and overall campaign objectives into effective design strategies. They will implement brand strategy and guidelines to create innovative, world-class visual designs and assets across all customer touchpoints, managing the entire process from concept through production. This includes developing and managing a Digital Asset Manager (DAM) platform to streamline asset management and transforming campaign objectives into compelling designs that capture the voice of the brand in all marketing materials, including print, digital, motion, and experiential formats. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining management of all necessary brand assets, artwork, and mechanicals, ensuring that all aspects of final graphics/artwork are delivered on time, on budget, and authentically represent the brand. They will take ownership of projects from start to finish, which may involve researching clients or market audiences, ideation, visual design, prototyping and testing, and presenting design concepts. The role also requires conceptualizing a system-wide approach to design work that aligns with and reinforces the overall brand and marketing strategy, using design to communicate key messages and elevate content value. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to develop, plan, and execute design concepts across various channels, including web, direct, social media, digital advertising, and experiential campaigns, to meet and exceed lead generation and customer engagement goals. The candidate will articulate the rationale and strategy behind creative directions for both internal and client-facing reviews, actively participate in and lead internal design reviews, and keep abreast of creative trends and technology tools to improve brand experience and communication materials. Creative input to generate new and innovative ideas that better serve internal and external customers is also a key aspect of this role.
