About the position

Nations Photo Lab is seeking a passionate and skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a leader in professional photography printing, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence and inspiring creativity in our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for designing a variety of materials that enhance our brand's visual identity and connect with our audience. Your work will range from creating promotional campaigns to product artwork, ensuring that every design reflects our commitment to quality and creativity. You will play a crucial role in how our brand looks and feels, contributing to our mission of celebrating moments and preserving memories for our customers. As a Graphic Designer, you will be involved in designing sale emails, website banners, and social media graphics, utilizing tools like Klaviyo and Shopify to bring our marketing campaigns to life. You will also create and repurpose designs for new and existing products, supporting product photo shoots and editing imagery for marketing use. Additionally, you will assist with various in-house design needs, such as business cards and internal materials, while maintaining an organized workflow. Your ability to juggle multiple projects and stay updated on design trends will be essential in keeping our visuals fresh and engaging. We are looking for someone who not only possesses creative mastery in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, but also has strong illustration skills and a collaborative spirit. Responsibilities

• Design promotional campaigns including sale emails, website banners, and social media graphics.
• Create and repurpose product artwork and imagery, supporting product photo shoots and editing images for marketing use.
• Provide in-house design support for various needs, such as business cards and internal materials.
• Develop marketing materials including flyers, inserts, and non-sale emails, while supporting blog and social media content with visuals.
• Stay updated on design trends and ensure file organization is maintained.

Requirements

• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• A portfolio showcasing design and illustration skills with a minimum of 8 samples.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify.
• Strong photo editing skills and a knack for illustration.
