About the position

The Graphic Designer at Washington State College of Ohio is responsible for creating and updating various design materials that align with the college's mission and brand standards. This role involves maintaining the college's website and capturing visual media for both print and digital use, ensuring high-quality customer service and collaboration with the marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Create professional designs for brochures, posters, flyers, newsletters, and other materials for the college.
• Capture photo and video content for use in printed and digital materials, maintaining a photo and video archive.
• Manage promotional items by securing quotes and ordering items that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Assist with website maintenance by updating content, creating new pages, and gathering analytics for performance tracking.
• Support the marketing team by covering events outside normal hours and managing the college's ticketing system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, and Microsoft Suite.
• Minimum of two years of full-time, professional experience in a related field.
