We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Creative & Communications team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for telling stories through visuals and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling content across various platforms, including emails, social media, websites, brochures, proposals, and presentations. You will translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs while maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials. In this position, you will also need to understand print production processes and prepare files for printers. Being organized and deadline-focused is crucial, as is having a strong attention to detail. Staying up to date with design trends and industry best practices will be essential to your success in this role. While knowledge of the construction industry is preferred, it is not strictly required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for emails, social media, websites, brochures, proposals, and presentations.
  • Translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.

  • Understand print production, including knowledge of print processes and preparing files for printers.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Have 2-5 years of experience.
  • Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Showcase your design skills through a strong portfolio.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
