Responsibilities

• Develop promotional and web design for the agency, focusing on SEO-rich content.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with departments and community organizations.
• Manage the agency's identity and vision in all marketing materials.
• Design, maintain, and code responsive web pages considering UX/UI design principles.
• Coordinate the maintenance of agency materials and photos for future use.
• Work with vendors on materials, including researching bids and preparing artwork.
• Support agency events by creating print materials and promotional videos.
• Meet established deadlines for assigned projects and inform stakeholders proactively.
• Stay updated on UI and UX trends to drive innovative ideas and improvements.
• Inspect and evaluate all finished products before they go live.
• Assist in promoting agency initiatives through photography and video creation.
• Work on contracted jobs as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with design software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud products.
• Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization).
