Responsibilities

• Create impactful designs across digital and print, including logos, brochures, ads, social media graphics, and sales presentations, ensuring consistent brand identity.
• Design and develop mobile-responsive websites using WordPress.
• Optimize website elements for both performance and aesthetics, focusing on user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the team to align visual assets with campaign goals and strategies.
• Align your work schedule to meet client schedules/demands.
• Stay current with the latest trends in design, web development, and digital marketing.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in graphic and web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with PowerPoint and Figma is helpful.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and responsive web design.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles as they relate to design and website structure.
• Ability to transform concepts into visually appealing, impactful designs.
• Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to think creatively and offer solutions to design challenges.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines while being organized in your work.
