About the position

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team, focusing on the installation of signs, banners, and graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and some graphic design experience, ensuring high-quality installations that meet client expectations. This role combines installation work with graphic design tasks, requiring proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Train on or perform installations of vehicle graphics, vinyl letters, or signs according to specifications and company standards.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct quality checks on installations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues that may arise during the installation process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in installation work or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to train for the skills necessary to complete tasks.
• Commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in installation or related fields are a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with graphic design in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Handyman experience.
