About the position

The GRC Practice Architect II at TEKsystems Global Services is a leadership role responsible for managing multiple consulting and delivery projects, focusing on risk and compliance. This position requires a subject matter expert who can accelerate outcomes, affect positive change, and drive business forward through effective consulting and service delivery. The role involves resource management, project planning, customer interaction, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards, making it essential for large-scale engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple consulting and delivery projects and account teams/programs.
• Provide consulting and delivery assurance of services for clients in risk and compliance areas.
• Develop organizational capability for audit, compliance, and risk governance.
• Execute an audit management control framework inclusive of data governance and compliance processes.
• Support integration between the IT organization and audit functions.
• Negotiate audit issues with Internal Audit to influence final audit report ratings.
• Plan projects for compliance issues, including audits and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct cybersecurity reviews and generate recommendations to improve cybersecurity posture.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures clearly and concisely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years' experience in information technology and/or professional services with a focus on risk and compliance.
• Experience in delivering projects/programs and managing client professional services agreements.
• Established consulting and interpersonal skills with 15+ years' experience interacting with external customers at the Director level or above.
• 10+ years in IT service management/project management with oversight in a professional services environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in secure systems design and analysis for Network and Secure Operations.
• Familiarity with governance risk and compliance (GRC) software.
• Knowledge of security procedures, processes, and tools.
