About the position

The Greenhouse Systems Analyst/Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator role at DLH is focused on supporting the Talent Acquisition team by managing the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The position involves administration of the Greenhouse ATS, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication between candidates and recruiters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment coordination and a strong understanding of the Greenhouse system, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greenhouse system administration and reporting activities.
  • Partner during recruitment process, including interview scheduling and follow-up communication with candidates.
  • Populate offer letters, trigger new hire onboarding notices, and background checks via Greenhouse.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge related to the interview process, onboarding, and logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
  • Assist IWD with the application process, if needed.
  • Investigate inquiries related to assigned function, escalate complex or urgent issues to management, and follow up with employees, managers, or candidates regarding status.
  • Register and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.
  • Organize recruitment events that may include ordering and shipping of products and materials.
  • Work on special projects that advance the goals of the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Lead and advise other coordinator(s).
  • Perform other relatable duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience or BS with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, particularly in configuration, customization, user support, troubleshooting, managing workflows, permissions, and integrations.
  • Experience in ATS data collection and reporting recruitment metrics.
  • Leadership experience: mentoring, advising coordinator(s), delegating tasks, developing team members' skills, motivating and guiding coordinators effectively.
  • Proficiency with the MS suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and assist in the recruitment process with several recruiters.
  • Creativity and positive enthusiasm in approach to work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and openness to others' ideas.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Adaptability to changes in the work environment and ability to manage competing demands.

Nice-to-haves
