About the position

The Counter Sales Associate at Mosaic Inc. is responsible for managing customer interactions within the Counter Sales area, ensuring high levels of customer service while handling operational tasks critical to the branch's success. This role involves processing customer orders, coordinating logistics, and providing expert-level service through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and maintain communication with customers, providing timely updates.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving efforts and monitor logistics for customer deliveries.
  • Complete customer sales through data entry, product verification, quantity input, and payment collection.
  • Provide expert-level customer service via in-person, telephone, and email communication.
  • Occasionally participate in warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, order processing, and inventory maintenance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on obtaining results.
  • Ability to multi-task and complete responsibilities in a timely manner.
