About the position

The Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant at Bowlero Corp plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This part-time position involves managing guest interactions, overseeing lane assignments, and ensuring a smooth operational flow in a vibrant entertainment environment that includes bowling and arcade games.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability.
• Assign lanes, shoes, and other equipment to guests.
• Prepare for leagues and events.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant or hospitality experience (optional).
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.
