About the position

The Greeter/Retail Store Service Associate II is responsible for supporting the store team to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers. This role involves welcoming customers, demonstrating company technology, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. The associate plays a key role in connecting customers with sales consultants and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the retail store and connect them with a sales consultant.
  • Demonstrate company technology to new customers.
  • Assist with receiving inventory and properly stocking the back of the house to store standards.
  • Provide curbside service to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back of house.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts and look for opportunities to improve inventory processes.
  • Adapt to store management priorities and demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
  • Ensure counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible and functioning.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services.
  • Ability to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in retail or customer service environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory management processes.
