The Greeter position at Citydog! Club involves welcoming members at the reception desk, managing appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the reception desk.
• Manage appointments and scheduling for services.
• Promote and sell services and products offered by Citydog! Club.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and H Lounge.
• Create an irresistible experience for each member and their pets.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience (required).
• 1 year of experience in a cleaning role (preferred).
• 1 year of experience working with dogs (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced work environment (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a dog daycare or grooming environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
