About the position

As a Greeter at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will play a crucial role in creating legendary experiences for our guests as they enter the restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. You will manage waitlists effectively, making sure that guests are seated in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of guest service. This position is not just about greeting; it’s about setting the tone for the guests' experience and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. In addition to managing the seating process, you will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area. You will need to communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure a smooth flow of service. Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older, per applicable law.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent guest service skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
