As a Manager, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, tackling complex business issues from strategy to execution. The role requires you to develop new skills outside of your comfort zone and take proactive steps to resolve issues that may hinder team effectiveness. You will coach team members, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development. Analyzing complex ideas or proposals will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to build a range of meaningful recommendations based on multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views. In this position, you will also be responsible for addressing sub-standard work and ensuring that all outputs meet the firm's and clients' expectations. Utilizing data and insights will be crucial in informing your conclusions and supporting decision-making processes. You will need to develop a point of view on key global trends and understand how they impact clients. Managing diverse viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes will be essential, as will simplifying complex messages to highlight and summarize key points. Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct is a fundamental expectation of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the Utility Industry.
  • Demonstrated Electrical Engineering experience.
  • Experience in Control room operations, distribution planning, or system operation.
  • Proven experience in creating solutions architectures for AMI, DERMS, ADMS, DA schemes, and IT/OT convergence.
  • Understanding of Cloud architecture and approaches for consolidating IT/OT system data.
  • Ability to coordinate activities across teams to achieve project goals.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and interpreting design documents.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders and teammates.
  • Ability to multitask and produce accurate, detail-oriented work.
