Palma Ristorante is seeking passionate and skilled individuals for various positions including Grill Master, Barista, Busser, and more. The restaurant aims to provide an unparalleled fine dining experience, and the ideal candidates will contribute to a sophisticated dining atmosphere while ensuring exceptional service for guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere as a Host/Hostess.
• Craft and serve innovative cocktails, manage bar inventory, and provide excellent customer service as a Bartender.
• Clean, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items as a Dishwasher.
• Prepare high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients and maintain kitchen cleanliness as a Cook/Grill Master.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area while assisting servers as a Busser.

Requirements

• 2 years or more of fine dining experience is required.
• 2 years or more experience with Open Table is required.
• 3 years of grill experience in a fine dining restaurant is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to multi-task and have good communication skills (bilingual is a plus).
• Knowledge of POS systems is required.
• Valid Food Handlers License is required.

Benefits

• Compensation ranging from $16.50 to $25 per hour plus tips.
