Responsibilities

• Implement merchandising and operations initiatives during reset, remodel, and space optimization projects.
• Adhere to all local, state, federal laws, safety and food safety regulations, and company guidelines.
• Review sell-by dates and take appropriate action.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise during center store remerchandising.
• Execute CAO and Key Retailing programs and maintain sales floor and backroom 5s standards.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and power jacks safely and efficiently.
• Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identifying unsafe conditions to notify store management.
• Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notifying the appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repair.
• Travel to stores within the company and stay overnight as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
