The Grocery Team Member at Kimberton Whole Foods is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service while managing daily grocery operations. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Receive and stock all dry goods, ready-to-drink beverages, household and bulk items.
• Stock and handle products following guidelines for time and temperature demands.
• Rotate back stock on a first-in first-out basis.
• Collaborate with the Grocery Department Head to maintain accurate product signage.
• Understand KWF inventory management practices.
• Assist the front end by scanning customers' groceries and completing transactions efficiently.
• Carefully and efficiently bag groceries.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Full sense range (vision, hearing, and sense of smell) to read product labels and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift, grip, and carry objects up to 50-75 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stoop, squat, and kneel to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.
• Ability to walk short distances to bring items from various areas.
• Prolonged standing and movement-based work environment.
