Responsibilities
- Perform grooming services to breed standards and pet parent's preferences.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets under care.
- Develop long-term relationships with pet parents by engaging and educating guests.
- Familiarize with and understand retail products carried by Pet Pros, referring products to grooming guests when appropriate.
- Learn and understand loyalty, savings programs, and monthly promotions.
- Understand the scheduling system and daily procedures.
- Maintain grooming area cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
- Formal professional grooming training/experience is required.
- Ability to relocate to Milwaukee, WI 53207 before starting work.
