The Grounds Maintenance Foreman position is a critical role within the City of Maitland's Public Works Department, responsible for overseeing and coordinating grounds maintenance activities. This position involves performing semi-skilled and skilled grounds maintenance work while providing leadership and quality control for the Grounds employees. The Foreman will direct the work of assigned crews, ensuring that maintenance standards are met and that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
