About The Position

As a Groundskeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of our residential properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that our properties look their best while also learning about the various maintenance tasks that keep our community running smoothly. This includes providing maintenance assistance, performing upkeep, and gaining knowledge in areas such as plumbing, electricity, heating, cooling, locks, and carpentry. In this role, you will experience a diverse range of tasks, ensuring that no two days are alike. You will interact with residents and tenants, helping them with their needs and receiving appreciation for your efforts.
