About the position

The Groundskeeper position at CLK is essential for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the community. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of community grounds, pools, and buildings, while also assisting the maintenance team with preparing market-ready units.

Responsibilities

• Picking up and removing litter, debris, and pet waste from around the community grounds
• Removing trash from buildings, building breezeways, and common areas
• Keeping amenities free from trash and debris
• Removing trash, replacing trash cans and liners in all common areas
• Pressure washing sidewalks, buildings, and breezeways
• Blowing sidewalks, buildings, and breezeways
• Clearing trash and debris from storm drains around the community
• Removing trash from dedicated trash areas and operating trash compactor, if applicable
• Cleaning and preparing market-ready units
• Removing furniture and assisting with moving appliances in vacated apartments
• Cleaning of the community pools, furniture, and outdoor areas
• Cleaning air conditioner vents and replacing filters
• Replacing exterior lights in common areas, building breezeways, or other buildings as needed
• Cleaning and removing debris from dryer vents in laundry facilities
• Distributing resident notices if necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License (required depending on community size)
• Pre-employment drug screening and criminal screening
