IMT Residential is hiring a Service Assistant (Groundskeeper) for IMT Cool Springs, an 860-unit luxury community located in Franklin, TN. This position is essential in creating an inviting environment where residents will want to live. As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the community's grounds to ensure pleasant curb appeal and good working order while providing excellent customer service to residents. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in their contributions to the community. On a daily basis, your tasks will include maintaining the grounds, cleaning common areas such as the pool, spa, fitness center, laundry room, and clubroom, performing minor exterior painting and repairs, and assisting Technicians with preparing apartments for new residents. This may involve cleaning, painting, and light repairs. You will also assist the Technicians and Service Manager with various tasks as needed.
