The position involves maintaining the grounds of various industrial, commercial, and public properties, including tasks such as cutting grass, trimming hedges, and removing litter. The job is based in Robbinsville, NC, and requires outdoor work in varying weather conditions. The employment period is from January 28, 2025, to November 15, 2025, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, offering 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds of industrial, commercial, and public properties.
• Cut grass using walk/riding mowers.
• Trim hedges and edge around walks.
• Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Use hedge trimmers, clippers, edging tools, tractors with bush hogs, weed eaters, and lawn mowers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older due to insurance requirements.
• Must show proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and manipulating materials.
• Must be capable of lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• No minimum education requirement; on-the-job training available.
