Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
  • Professional demeanor and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communication related to the group or department.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting notes, and presentations for team meetings.
  • Assist with project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and organize group files, records, and documentation (both physical and digital).
  • Coordinate office resources, such as supplies, equipment, and shared spaces, to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members by preparing materials and assisting with orientation.
  • Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking, and processing invoices related to group activities.
  • Help plan and organize group events, trainings, or workshops.
  • Provide general support for ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to assist the team.
