About the position
The Group Claims Team Leader will oversee a team of Benefits Claims Technicians within the Workplace Solutions Dental Claims team. This leadership role focuses on driving the Dental Claims business forward through effective team management and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Benefits Claims Technicians.
- Drive the performance and efficiency of the Dental Claims business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in claims processing.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience in a claims or benefits environment.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of dental claims processing and regulations.
