About the position

As a Group Creative Director at 160over90, you will be the driving creative force behind innovative and impactful marketing campaigns. Your role is to lead a talented team of creatives, inspiring them to produce work that not only meets but exceeds industry standards. You will be responsible for setting the vision for how the brands we work with will be represented across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, experiential, and out-of-home advertising. Your leadership will foster an environment where great ideas can flourish, and you will be expected to mentor and develop the next generation of creative leaders within the agency. In this position, you will collaborate closely with strategy and account teams to ensure that storytelling is at the forefront of client presentations. You will be tasked with managing complex projects that have a significant impact on both the agency and client businesses. Your ability to deliver clear and concise feedback will be crucial in guiding your team towards creating strategic, engaging, and effective campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive business growth. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience within an ad agency or similar setting.
  • Degree in graphic design, English, marketing/communications or similar field.
  • Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Exceptional visual and written storytelling skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong point of view and thought leadership in creative development.
  • Ability to navigate a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • A portfolio of award-winning advertising work.
