About the position

Brand Studio is focused on building the Google brand. By combining user insights, strategic thinking, beautiful design, and storytelling, our team creates a wide range of work that drives Google's reputation for being helpful to people, businesses, and communities. Our work also aims to build advocacy and trust in the brand. To achieve that, we're a multidisciplinary team of marketers, strategists, insights specialists, creatives, producers, and engineers who work together to create exceptional marketing. As a Group Creative Lead, you are a visionary who leads creative excellence, combining craftsmanship, a passion for prototyping, and meticulous attention to detail. Your obsession with technology and its potential for real-world impact drives you to create Amazing Work - including social-first initiatives, the digital realm, and traditional campaigns. You will help steward and extend the Google brand. You're expected to conceive, execute, and oversee breakthrough ideas that will impact and strengthen users' views on the brand. In this role, you'll drive narrative/design/UX strategy and vision, expertly crafting ideas and campaigns that resonate across multiple mediums. With a proven track record of launching new experiences, navigating complex platforms, and managing large teams, you'll guide the creative team's high-level direction and empower them to solve business and user needs collaboratively. In addition, you will work together with creative and business partners to come up with and execute big, never-been-done-before ideas with lasting impact to the brand.
