About the position

The Group Digital ProductOps Manager plays a crucial role in managing and delivering digital products for Highmark Health, focusing on customer and clinician experiences. This position supports the organization's digital transformation by leveraging agile methodologies and collaborating with various stakeholders to align on strategic objectives. The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, and facilitate the delivery of product roadmaps while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the future planning of digital work that spans multiple products and platforms, ensuring alignment on scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Leads quarterly increment planning sessions for multiple products, aligning work with the overall digital vision and strategy.
  • Oversees the effective simultaneous operations of multiple products and platforms within the digital department.
  • Facilitates coordination of recurring operations meetings with representatives from various digital teams.
  • Leads important agile ceremonies including PI planning, increment retros, and grooming sessions.
  • Aligns with digital and non-digital senior leadership to measure and report on overall digital progress and outcomes.
  • Establishes project/platform/cross-platform level plans with timelines, assigns tasks, and ensures completion of deliverables.
  • Identifies, scopes, and resolves issues threatening to delay project deliverables.
  • Mentors less senior Digital ProductOps Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field (or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree).
  • 7 years of Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management experience.
  • 4 years of experience with Agile Process Methodology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.
  • 5 years of managing large, complex projects.
