The Group Digital ProductOps Manager at Highmark Health plays a pivotal role in the management and delivery of digital products aimed at enhancing customer and clinician experiences. This includes facilitating the ongoing definition and delivery of product roadmaps, identifying key issues and dependencies, and supporting the prioritization of capabilities. The incumbent will also be responsible for presenting recommendations to senior leaders, addressing complex issues, and creating an environment where digital product teams can excel by employing critical thinking and strategic action, all while utilizing strong communication skills. The position requires overseeing the future planning of digital work across multiple products and platforms, ensuring that all digital teams are aligned on processes, tools, scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables. The Group Digital ProductOps Manager will lead quarterly increment planning sessions, coordinate recurring operations meetings, and facilitate important agile ceremonies. Additionally, the role involves mentoring less senior Digital ProductOps Managers and ensuring effective operations across multiple products and platforms within the digital department.
