About the position

The Group Digital ProductOps Manager at Highmark Health plays a crucial role in managing and delivering digital products and experiences for customers and clinicians. This position supports the organization's digital transformation by leveraging agile methodologies and collaborating with various stakeholders to align on strategic objectives. The incumbent will lead the planning and execution of digital initiatives, ensuring that teams are equipped with the necessary processes and tools to achieve their goals. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance within digital product teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the future planning of digital work that spans multiple products and platforms.
• Leads/assists with quarterly increment planning sessions for multiple products.
• Oversees the effective simultaneous operations of multiple products and platforms within the digital department.
• Facilitates coordination of recurring operations meetings with representatives from various digital teams.
• Leads/assists with important agile ceremonies including PI planning, increment retros, and grooming sessions.
• Aligns with digital and non-digital senior leadership to measure and report on overall digital progress and outcomes.
• Establishes project/platform/cross-platform level plans with timelines and assigns tasks.
• Mentors less senior Digital ProductOps Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field (or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree).
• 7 years of Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management experience.
• 4 years of experience with Agile Process Methodology.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field.
• 4 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.
• 5 years of managing large, complex projects.
