Responsibilities

  • Work with 3rd parties to deliver and maintain group applications, with additional focus on financial systems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within various business areas via the means of software changes and implementation.
  • Maintain base level cross-functional knowledge across the entire application landscape, understand how applications communicate with each other.
  • Provide training and support to staff across the organization when necessary.
  • Provide ownership and support around smaller group SaaS applications in various business areas.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the finance application integration area, understand connecting systems and high-level architecture.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of finance ERP experience - SAP preferred.
  • 1-3 years of general IT systems support.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - in accounting or IT.
  • Experience delivering small to medium scale projects.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at varying seniority levels.
  • Proven experience delivering projects across multiple regions and different cultural settings.

Nice-to-haves

  • Good grasp of data manipulation via tools such as Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and interconnectivity.
  • Capability to draft up technical requirement gathering documents.
  • Low code systems development knowledge or basics of programming.
