About the position

The F45 Coach is responsible for leading high-quality group training classes in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role focuses on motivating and encouraging members while ensuring proper exercise techniques and modifications are provided. The position is part-time and requires flexibility to work weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high quality F45 group training classes.
  • Prepare for group training classes by reviewing the day's workout programming prior to assigned class times.
  • Ensure members are using correct form at all times.
  • Provide appropriate movement modifications for each member as applicable.
  • Inspire and promote an energetic environment.
  • Set up classes, organize studio and equipment, and maintain studio cleanliness.
  • Participate in trial nurturing, member acquisition, retention protocols, and customer service.
  • Administer initial member intake forms.
  • Establish a friendly and welcoming relationship with the studio's member community.
  • Participate in studio staff meetings and attend member community events.
  • Contribute to studio social media content as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a group fitness instructor is preferred.
  • Current CPR/AED certification is required.
  • A nationally accredited CPT certification (e.g.; ACSM, ACE, NASM, ISSA) is preferred.
  • Obtain personal general liability insurance during the onboarding process.
  • Complete F45 Training's Academy certifications.
  • Understanding of functional movements, interval training, heart rate focused training programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in teaching fitness classes.
  • Experience with social media.
