About the position
The Group Fitness Instructor at F45 Training is responsible for leading energetic workouts and providing excellent service to the F45 community. This part-time role requires a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals, while maintaining professional standards and engagement with members.
Responsibilities
- Coaching energetic workouts in accordance with agreed upon schedule
- Maintaining a personal trainer certification from an accredited organization
- Staying current on required videos in F45 Academy
- Providing excellent service to the F45 Community
- Maintaining professional conduct, uniform standards, and punctuality
- Cleaning up and setting up in accordance with class schedule and COVID guidelines between classes
- Proactive engagement in member sales
- F45 Challenge operations and engagement
- Attendance of Monthly Team Meetings
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Group fitness experience
